The Flymaster VARIO LS is a basic, easy to use affordable instrument developed with beginners in mind or advanced pilots who just want to keep it simple.
The built-in 600 mAh Lithium-Ion battery provides power for about 60 hrs of flight, and can be charged by USB. The weight is 89 grams, the overall size is 126 x 73 x 12mm, the screen size is 75 x 53mm. The USB connection can also be used to download flight data and perform firmware updates.
The interface features a wide range of fixed datafields (maximum climb and sink rate, vario, flight time) and can be conifgured in either meters and meter per second, or feet and feet per minute.
